Export log files in the SystemAdministration

If problems occur, you can export the logged actions as a zip file at SystemAdministration. The log files assist Aeneis support in troubleshooting.

Instructions:

  1. Open the SystemAdministration

  2. Click on Export... in the status bar.

  3. Click on the Export log files entry to generate and download the log files:
